We apply a pension style management approach to our portfolio construction where a sophisticated asset allocation process can include guaranteed investments, traditional stocks and bonds and alternative asset classes such as real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.

On a personal note, I've been married for over 20 years, and I have two girls. We live up in Richmond Hill where I volunteered as a softball coach for over 15 years. Family is extremely important to me. My personal promise is to never recommend or implement a strategy that I wouldn't implement for my own family.
