I am here to provide a top-notch experience for our advisors, operations team, external partners and most of all our valued clients.

My responsibilities include identifying clients needs and taking proactive steps to maintain and improve their experience. By responding to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner, my goal is to heighten our clients' experience and grow our relationship.

My role is to give our clients the best experience working with Haunn Landers & Co. I am here to assist with doing the leg work to make things that seem difficult actually be stress free. I help our operations team work efficiently to keep them happy and to be able to provide exceptional client service. If our interactions with clients are a great experience, they will be happy and introduce us to other people in their life who could use our help.

I live in Streetsville with Mark and our 7-pound toy poodle Sophy. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated, always smiling when ending a phone call and listening before responding.
